  • Built an AI-powered content evaluation skill trained on my EWA Content Guidelines, enabling teams to identify every violation, receive an explanation why in plain language, and get suggested compliant replacement content in seconds rather than days.

 

  • Created the content guidelines for the EWA project, establishing the single source of truth for all product language across Figma files, emails, notifications, and transactional content.

 

  • Designed and led a team enablement model, including office hours, advanced content help sessions, and self-serve resources that empowered non-writers across the organization to produce quality content independently, eliminating bottlenecks without sacrificing quality.

 

  • Trained product designers on how to use content design AI tools so they could evaluate and improve their content independently.

 

  • Led cross-functional content systems, partnering with product, engineering, legal, and design to align on voice and tone, content standards at the organizational level, and influencing decisions upstream.

  • Led UX and content strategy for the Digital Wallet project, shaping the end-to-end language and experience for a critical financial product used by millions of customers.

  • Partnered with UX, product, legal, and compliance teams to align content with regulatory requirements while maintaining plain-language clarity for everyday customers.

 

  • Developed and organized all content for the ExpressSend international money transfer product, ensuring clarity and compliance across a complex, regulated user flow.

 

  • Owned the Security Center content, auditing, restructuring, and rewriting a high-traffic, trust-critical section of the Wells Fargo digital experience to improve comprehension and reduce customer support contacts.​​
